Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit or purchase from skintific.my through the Malaysia market. The store is operated by Hong Kong AuraTech Limited ("SKINTIFIC", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Market scope

These Terms apply to orders placed through the Malaysia market. Delivery destinations, currency, pricing, product availability, promotions and policies may vary by market. Customers shopping for another country or region should use the country/region selector and review the terms presented for that market.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate and current information and keeping account credentials secure.

4. Products

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Colours and packaging may vary or be updated without notice. Product information is for general cosmetic purposes and is not medical advice. Review the ingredient list and directions before use and stop use if irritation occurs.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected for the applicable market. The total payable amount, including delivery fees, taxes and other applicable charges, is displayed before payment is confirmed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order and will contact you if an order is affected.

6. Orders and cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. You can review and correct order details before payment. We will provide an electronic order acknowledgement. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been processed or dispatched.

We may reject or cancel an order because of unavailable stock, payment or fraud concerns, incorrect pricing, purchase limits, an invalid delivery address or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing an order if it has not been processed or shipped. Email cs@skintific.my with the order number.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, estimated delivery times, fees, tracking and delivery issue procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays are caused by events outside our reasonable control. Eligible delivery issues will be addressed under our policies and applicable consumer law.

8. Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, time limits, evidence requirements and refund processing are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

9. Promotions

Promotions, discount codes, gifts and bundles may have additional terms shown with the offer. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and have no cash value. This store does not operate a store-points programme.

10. Reviews and content

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use and display it in connection with our products, store and marketing. We may remove unlawful, misleading, abusive or unrelated content.

11. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The SKINTIFIC name, logos, text, graphics, photographs and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. The store is for personal, non-commercial shopping. You must not use it unlawfully, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, collect information without authorisation, submit false information or infringe another person's rights.

12. Shopify and third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the commerce platform. Payment providers, couriers and other third parties may have separate terms for their services. Shopify is not the seller of SKINTIFIC products; your purchase contract is with Hong Kong AuraTech Limited.

13. Liability

We do not guarantee that the store will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was placed. Our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law and disputes

For orders placed through the Malaysia market, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction, including mandatory consumer protection laws of Malaysia. Email cs@skintific.my first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing prevents a consumer from using any court, tribunal or complaint process available under applicable law.

16. General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These Terms, the linked policies and any offer-specific terms form the agreement relating to your use of the store and purchases. We may update these Terms for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The version published when an order is placed applies to that order.

Hak pengguna yang tidak boleh dikecualikan di bawah undang-undang Malaysia kekal terpakai.
