Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is normally estimated to take 1–3 business days.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, severe weather, courier disruptions, high order volumes, public holidays, address issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause delays. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or in your order confirmation should be read together with this policy.

You may request cancellation within 12 hours after placing an order if it has not entered processing or been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Standard shipping within Malaysia is currently advertised as free for orders of RM60 or more, after discounts and before any excluded charges, unless a promotion states otherwise.

For orders below the free-shipping threshold or for delivery options not covered by the offer, the applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, a parcel is overdue, or tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel has not been received, contact us at cs.my@skintific.com with your order number and tracking number.

For a parcel marked as delivered but not received, please contact us preferably within 7 business days of the recorded delivery date so that we can promptly investigate with the courier.

We will review the available tracking and delivery evidence and provide an appropriate remedy where the parcel is confirmed to be lost or misdelivered.

The requested notification period does not reduce any consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
