1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Hold 10–15cm away from the skin and spray evenly over exposed areas.
3. Apply 15–20 minutes before sun exposure.
4. Reapply every 2–3 hours or after sweating, swimming, or towel-drying.
5. Suitable for face and body; avoid direct inhalation of spray.
